Shipping Policy

Please allow 24-48 hrs. for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand that the expected time during Holidays or busy days are going to be longer than expected nevertheless we will try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Shipping times depend on the customers' location and the suppliers’ location. Please allow 2-25 weeks for delivery after warehouse fulfillment. We offer free curbside shipping for all of our products.

Shipping freight orders during these times has caused some delays due to the global supply chain issue co-related to the impact of the pandemic to get the items to our customers sooner; hence, we sincerely apologize for any delay this unprecedented event has caused for all our customers.

Just letting our customers know that on the back end, we work very hard to make sure all items ordered in stock are fulfilled as soon as possible so we can ship them as soon as possible.

Meaning the order/item is currently unavailable to all retailers but we still accept orders for the next batch of inventory and we will ship the item as soon as it is back in stock usually eta (estimate time of arrival may have some delays) is provided in the email after the order has been placed. We work with our suppliers to get your item shipped asap once the inventory is in their perspective US Warehouses.

1. Free Delivery Curbside- Our free delivery services apply to all our products. This is the basic/free delivery we could give to customers. Small items typically take 5-7 days to get to the customers while huge items in stock take 10-35 business days to arrive to customers after warehouse fulfillment. This could mean a curbside delivery which means a service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

2. Room Choice Delivery- Includes delivery to a room of your choice within your business or residence. This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your items.  (Extra flat fee of $299 per item delivered).

3. Free Shipping plus Installation (Exception of Appliances with Wirings)- This includes the above free delivery service mentioned above. The shipping company hires unique individual contractors to do the installation and/ removal of all packaging materials.

 4. Expedited Shipping Available for Quotation (less than 100 lbs. items only)
