ALEKO products are warrantied by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is provided if the recommended installation procedures have been followed. ALEKO does not provide any extended or additional warranty once the 10-Year Limited Warranty has passed.

In the case of a product failure due to defective material or workmanship within the warranty period, the product will be replaced (at our discretion) at no charge to the customer, excluding shipping, handling, and labor charges). Verification of the warranty period requires the customer to provide their order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase. Warranties apply only to the original buyer. In the example of a gate being installed on a property, and the property being sold to a new buyer, we cannot extend the gate warranty to the new owner.
